The Membership Concierge I position serves as the first point of contact, fostering welcoming and valued interactions to enhance the member experience and loyalty at Life Time.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 6 months service/reception experience
- Complete Concierge Certification upon hire
- Must work a minimum of 15 hours per week
- Commitment to serve others
- Effective communication skills
- Passion for living a healthy way of life
- Ability to multi-task and deliver high quality customer service in a fast-paced environment
- Must have good verbal communication
- Must be able to stand for 4 hours at a time
