The Membership Concierge I role at Life Time is a vital position that ensures every member and guest receives the highest quality of customer service. As the first point of contact within the club environment, the Membership Concierge I embodies the spirit of hospitality, fostering welcoming and positive interactions that elevate the overall member experience. This position is designed for individuals who are passionate about health, wellness, and customer engagement, creating memorable connections that help members achieve their healthy life goals. The concierge operates in a fast-paced setting, managing incoming communications, assisting with member account transactions, and educating guests about club programming, pricing, and policies. The role is hourly, offering compensation ranging from fifteen to eighteen dollars per hour, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Working a minimum of fifteen hours per week, the Membership Concierge I joins a team focused on work-life balance within a fun, supportive, and health-centric workplace. The position requires a dedication to delivering personalized member support and maintaining a positive, helpful demeanor throughout each interaction, contributing directly to member loyalty and retention. Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 6 months service/reception experience
  • complete Concierge Certification upon hire
  • must work a minimum of 15 hours per week

Job Duties

  • Operates as first point of contact for members and guests
  • receives and facilitates incoming phone calls from members and guests
  • maintains updated knowledge to appropriately educate all members and guests of club programming, events, pricing, and policies
  • exemplifies a hospitality mindset to build relationships with members and guests, regularly creating extraordinary experiences
  • assists members with transactions and general account changes
