The Membership Concierge I plays a pivotal role as the first point of contact for members and guests at Life Time facilities. This hourly position, with wages starting at $15.00 and up to $18.00 depending on experience and qualifications, provides an excellent opportunity to engage with individuals in a fun and healthy work environment. The Membership Concierge I is responsible for delivering unparalleled customer service that not only welcomes and assists members and guests but also builds meaningful relationships that enhance member loyalty. This role requires a passion for hospitality and a commitment to supporting members in their healthy way of life journey. Responsibilities include handling phone and in-person inquiries, educating members on club programming and events, assisting with transactions and account changes, and maintaining an upbeat and professional demeanor that reflects the company’s values. Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 6 months service/reception experience
  • complete Concierge Certification upon hire
  • must work a minimum of 15 hours per week
  • commitment to serve others
  • effective communication skills
  • passion for living a healthy way of life
  • ability to multi-task and deliver high quality customer service in a fast-paced environment
  • must have good verbal communication
  • must be able to stand for 4 hours at a time
  • high school graduate or equivalent preferred

Job Duties

  • Operates as first point of contact for members and guests

  • assists members with transactions and general account changes
