The Membership Concierge I position at Life Time plays a vital role in delivering top-notch customer service to all members and guests. Serving as the first point of contact, the Membership Concierge ensures that every individual who walks through the doors feels welcomed, valued, and supported on their healthy way of life journey. This role is pivotal in creating extraordinary experiences that build lasting relationships, foster member loyalty, and enhance the overall club environment.
As a Membership Concierge I, you will operate in a fast-paced, fun, and engaging setting where your hospitality mindset and communication skills are essential. You will be responsible for handling phone calls, assisting with member transactions, and providing accurate information about club programming, events, pricing, and policies. The role requires a genuine passion for health and wellness, excellent multitasking capabilities, and a commitment to serving others with warmth and professionalism. Life Time encourages continuous learning and expects you to complete a Concierge Certification upon hire to ensure you are well-equipped to meet the needs of all members. Working a minimum of 15 hours per week, you will contribute significantly to creating a positive and energetic atmosphere that supports members in achieving their health goals.
