The Membership Concierge I role at Life Time is a vital position focused on delivering exceptional customer service as the frontline contact for members and guests. This role requires a friendly, approachable individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about health and wellness. As a Membership Concierge I, you will be responsible for creating extraordinary guest experiences by welcoming members warmly, providing accurate information about club offerings, and assisting with membership transactions and account management. This position offers the opportunity to work in a fun, healthy atmosphere while positively impacting our members' well-being and loyalty to the club. You will be a key player in upholding Life Time's reputation for outstanding hospitality and member satisfaction while contributing to a culture that supports healthy living.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 6 months service/reception experience
  • Complete Concierge Certification upon hire
  • Must work a minimum of 15 hours per week
  • Commitment to serve others
  • Effective communication skills
  • Passion for living a healthy way of life
  • Ability to multi-task and deliver high quality customer service in a fast-paced environment
  • Must have good verbal communication
  • Must be able to stand for 4 hours at a time

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Operates as first point of contact for members and guests
  • Receives and facilitates incoming phone calls from members and guests
  • Maintains updated knowledge to appropriately educate all members and guests of club programming, events, pricing, and policies
  • Exemplifies a hospitality mindset to build relationships with members and guests, regularly creating extraordinary experiences
  • Assists members with transactions and general account changes
