The Membership Concierge I plays a vital role at Life Time as the first point of contact for all members and guests. This position is essential in delivering the highest quality customer service, ensuring that each individual’s experience is positive, engaging, and tailored to their needs. The role involves greeting visitors, managing communication, and providing comprehensive information about club programming, events, policies, and pricing. As a Membership Concierge, you will cultivate meaningful relationships based on trust and value, contributing to increased member loyalty and satisfaction.

Job Requirements
- Minimum of 6 months service/reception experience
- complete Concierge Certification upon hire
- must work a minimum of 15 hours per week
- commitment to serve others
- effective communication skills
- passion for living a healthy way of life
- ability to multi-task and deliver high quality customer service in a fast-paced environment
- must have good verbal communication
- must be able to stand for 4 hours at a time
- HS graduate or equivalent preferred

Job Duties
- Operates as first point of contact for members and guests
- receives and facilitates incoming phone calls from members and guests
- maintains updated knowledge to appropriately educate all members and guests of club programming, events, pricing, and policies
- exemplifies a hospitality mindset to build relationships with members and guests, regularly creating extraordinary experiences
- assists members with transactions and general account changes
