The Membership Concierge I at Life Time plays a vital role as the first point of contact for members and guests. This position requires delivering the highest quality customer service, ensuring that all visitors feel welcomed and valued from the moment they arrive. As a Membership Concierge, you will be instrumental in fostering positive relationships that encourage member loyalty and support their healthy lifestyle goals. In this role, the concierge is responsible for answering incoming phone calls, assisting members with transactions and account changes, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge about club programming, pricing, events, and policies. Successful candidates will enjoy a supportive atmosphere that balances health and wellness focus with customer service excellence.

This position offers an hourly wage starting at $16.50 and up to $19.50, based on experience and qualifications. It requires a minimum commitment of 15 hours per week, including the ability to stand for extended periods and multitask effectively. Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 6 months service/reception experience
  • complete Concierge Certification upon hire
  • must work a minimum of 15 hours per week
  • must be able to stand for 4 hours at a time
