The Membership Concierge I role is an essential position within the Life Time team, acting as the first point of contact for members and guests. As a Membership Concierge I, your primary responsibility is to deliver outstanding customer service. You will greet members and guests, respond to inquiries in person and over the phone, and guide them through club programming, policies, pricing, and events. Emphasizing a hospitality mindset, you will create extraordinary experiences that foster member loyalty and satisfaction. Additionally, this position involves managing transactions and assisting with account changes, all while multitasking effectively in a fast-paced setting.

Job Requirements
- Minimum of 6 months service/reception experience
- Complete Concierge Certification upon hire
- Must work a minimum of 15 hours per week
