The role of the Membership Concierge I at Life Time is a vital position focused on delivering outstanding customer service as the initial point of contact for all members and guests. This position is instrumental in shaping the first impression and ongoing relationship members have with the club. The Membership Concierge I is responsible for welcoming members with warmth and professionalism, answering inquiries about club programming, events, pricing, and policies, and assisting with transactions and account changes. Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 6 months service or reception experience
  • Complete concierge certification upon hire
  • Must work a minimum of 15 hours per week
  • Commitment to serve others
  • Effective communication skills
  • Passion for living a healthy way of life
  • Ability to multi-task and deliver high quality customer service in a fast-paced environment
  • Must have good verbal communication
  • Must be able to stand for 4 hours at a time
  • HS graduate or equivalent preferred

Job Duties

  • Operates as first point of contact for members and guests

  • Exemplifies a hospitality mindset to build relationships with members and guests, regularly creating extraordinary experiences
  • Assists members with transactions and general account changes
