The Membership Concierge I plays a crucial role in ensuring a welcoming and valued experience for everyone who visits Life Time, fostering relationships that enhance member loyalty and support healthy lifestyle goals.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 6 months service/reception experience
  • complete Concierge Certification upon hire
  • must work a minimum of 15 hours per week
  • commitment to serve others
  • effective communication skills
  • passion for living a healthy way of life
  • ability to multi-task and deliver high quality customer service in a fast-paced environment
  • must have good verbal communication
  • must be able to stand for 4 hours at a time
