Life Time is a health and fitness organization dedicated to providing the highest quality customer service to all members and guests. The Membership Concierge I plays a crucial role in ensuring a welcoming and valued experience for everyone who visits Life Time, fostering relationships that enhance member loyalty and support healthy lifestyle goals.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 6 months service/reception experience
- complete Concierge Certification upon hire
- must work a minimum of 15 hours per week
- commitment to serve others
- effective communication skills
- passion for living a healthy way of life
- ability to multi-task and deliver high quality customer service in a fast-paced environment
- must have good verbal communication
- must be able to stand for 4 hours at a time
