The Membership Concierge I role at Life Time is an integral position focused on delivering outstanding customer service as the initial point of contact for members and guests. This role demands a personable, energetic individual who thrives in a fast-paced, people-oriented environment. As a Membership Concierge I, you will be responsible for creating positive first impressions, fostering value-based relationships, and supporting members in navigating the club's offerings including programming, events, and policies. This position is an hourly role with wages starting at $14.00 and up to $17.50 per hour, commensurate with experience and qualifications. The role requires a commitment to work a minimum of 15 hours per week and includes opportunities for professional growth through Concierge Certification. You will engage in assisting members with various transactions, answering inquiries, and delivering service that enhances member loyalty and promotes a healthy lifestyle.
