The position of Membership Concierge II at Life Time plays a pivotal role in ensuring a superior member and guest experience. This role serves as the frontline professional responsible for account maintenance, service delivery, programming insight, and fostering meaningful engagement with members and guests. As a Membership Concierge II, you will be the initial point of contact for individuals entering the resort, setting the tone with a hospitality-centered mindset that builds lasting relationships through personalized service. The role requires managing inbound and outbound communications to support member engagement and acquisition alongside providing accurate and updated information on club programming, events, pricing, and policies.

Beyond customer interaction, this position involves facilitating account maintenance tasks such as processing member needs, changes, and transactions which include program, service, and product payments. You will also be instrumental in supporting new membership sales and retention efforts, acting as a key resource for resolving member questions or concerns through problem-solving and service recovery techniques that uphold Life Time's high standards. This is an hourly position with wages ranging between $17.75 and $21.25, depending on experience and qualifications. Job Requirements

  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service or sales
  • ability to multi-task
  • strong verbal communication skills
  • comfortable standing for 4 hours at a time
  • willingness to complete Retention Specialist Certification within 60 days of hire

Job Duties

  • Operates as first point of contact for members and guests entering resort

  • receives inbound phone calls and conducts outbound outreach with members and guests to support engagement and acquisition
  • maintains updated knowledge to appropriately educate all members and guests of club programming, events, pricing, and policies
  • assists members with account maintenance, processing member needs, changes and transactions including program, service, and product payments
  • serves as a key point of contact for new membership sales and member retention interactions
  • engages in problem solving and service recovery for member questions and concerns, utilizing appropriate tools and resources
