Life Time is currently seeking a Membership Concierge II to join its dynamic hospitality team at one of its resort-style facilities. The Membership Concierge II will serve as a vital professional in account maintenance, service delivery, programming awareness, and member and guest engagement. This role is positioned at the forefront of member and guest interaction, acting as the first point of contact to create a welcoming and professional environment. Individuals in this role will have the opportunity to expand their hospitality skills, grow their career through specialized training and certification pathways, and develop a personalized succession plan tailored to their professional objectives. The Membership Concierge II is instrumental in delivering exceptional member experiences, supporting membership retention, and aiding with new member acquisition through proactive engagement and thorough knowledge of all club programming, events, pricing, and policies. The role demands strong communication skills, problem-solving capabilities, and a genuine passion for providing extraordinary hospitality. Job Requirements

  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service or sales
  • Ability to multitask
  • Deliver high quality customer service
  • Service recovery skills
  • Verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to stand for 4 hours at a time
  • Friendly and outgoing demeanor

Job Qualifications

  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service or sales
  • Complete Retention Specialist Certification within 60 days of hire
  • Passion to serve others
  • Effective communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality (preferred)

Job Duties

  • Operates as first point of contact for members and guests entering resort
  • Exemplifies a hospitality mindset to build relationships with members and guests, regularly creating extraordinary experiences
  • Receives inbound phone calls and conducts outbound outreach with members and guests to support engagement and acquisition
  • Maintains updated knowledge to appropriately educate all members and guests of club programming, events, pricing, and policies
  • Assists members with account maintenance, processing member needs, changes and transactions including program, service, and product payments
  • Serves as a key point of contact for new membership sales and member retention interactions
  • Engages in problem solving and service recovery for member questions and concerns, utilizing appropriate tools and resources
