The role of Membership Concierge II at Life Time is designed for individuals who excel in customer service and wish to grow professionally in the hospitality and wellness industry. As a Membership Concierge II, you will act as the first point of contact for members and guests entering the resort, providing a welcoming atmosphere that embodies the company’s hospitality mindset. This position offers opportunities to deepen your professional skills through self-directed growth paths including hospitality certifications and creates avenues for succession planning, helping you achieve long-term career goals. The role requires active member engagement including account maintenance, handling transactions, and promoting club programs and services. You will manage inbound and outbound communications with members, assist in member retention, and support new membership sales. Moreover, you will play a vital role in creating extraordinary experiences through relationship-building and service recovery, ensuring that members’ needs and concerns are addressed promptly and effectively.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has strong multitasking abilities alongside excellent verbal communication skills. Job Requirements

  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service or sales
  • ability to multitask effectively
  • deliver high quality customer service
  • skilled in service recovery
  • strong verbal communication skills
  • comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • able to stand for 4 hours at a time
  • friendly and outgoing demeanor

Job Qualifications

  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service or sales
  • complete retention specialist certification within 60 days of hire
  • passion to serve others
  • effective communication skills
  • bachelor's degree in hospitality (preferred)

Job Duties

  • Operates as first point of contact for members and guests entering resort
  • exemplifies hospitality mindset to build relationships with members and guests, regularly creating extraordinary experiences
  • receives inbound phone calls and conducts outbound outreach with members and guests to support engagement and acquisition
  • maintains updated knowledge to appropriately educate all members and guests of club programming, events, pricing, and policies
  • assists members with account maintenance, processing member needs, changes and transactions including program, service, and product payments
  • serves as a key point of contact for new membership sales and member retention interactions
  • engages in problem solving and service recovery for member questions and concerns, utilizing appropriate tools and resources
