The Membership Concierge I role is integral to Life Time's member experience. Serving as the first point of contact for all members and guests, the Membership Concierge I is responsible for delivering top-tier customer service that ensures every visitor feels welcomed and valued. This role is designed for individuals passionate about health and wellness, who have a strong desire to support others in achieving their healthy way of life goals. Working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, the Membership Concierge I not only assists with member transactions and account changes but also educates members about club programming, events, pricing, and policies. This position requires a hospitality mindset, where building meaningful relationships and creating extraordinary experiences for members are paramount.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 6 months service/reception experience
  • complete concierge certification upon hire
  • must work a minimum of 15 hours per week
  • commitment to serve others
  • effective communication skills
  • passion for living a healthy way of life
  • ability to multi-task and deliver high quality customer service in a fast-paced environment
  • must have good verbal communication
  • must be able to stand for 4 hours at a time
  • HS graduate or equivalent preferred

Job Duties

  • Operates as first point of contact for members and guests
  • receives and facilitates incoming phone calls from members and guests
  • maintains updated knowledge to appropriately educate all members and guests of club programming, events, pricing, and policies
  • exemplifies a hospitality mindset to build relationships with members and guests, regularly creating extraordinary experiences
  • assists members with transactions and general account changes
