The Membership Concierge I position at Life Time is a vital frontline role that significantly influences the overall member experience. As the very first point of contact for members and guests, the concierge plays a crucial role in setting a welcoming and positive tone for all interactions. This role demands an individual who brings a genuine hospitality mindset and dedication to customer service excellence. By engaging with members, the Membership Concierge I helps build meaningful, value-based relationships that foster member loyalty and encourage members to pursue and achieve their healthy way of life goals.
In this fast-paced environment, the concierge manages incoming phone calls, facilitates transactions, updates members on current club programming, events, pricing, and policies, and addresses general account inquiries. This dynamic role not only requires excellent communication skills and the ability to multi-task effectively but also a passion for health and wellness that resonates with the organization's mission. Job Requirements
- Minimum of 6 months service/reception experience
- complete Concierge Certification upon hire
- must work a minimum of 15 hours per week
- commitment to serve others
- effective communication skills
- passion for living a healthy way of life
- ability to multi-task and deliver high quality customer service in a fast-paced environment
- must have good verbal communication
- must be able to stand for 4 hours at a time

Job Duties
- Operates as first point of contact for members and guests
- receives and facilitates incoming phone calls from members and guests
- maintains updated knowledge to appropriately educate all members and guests of club programming, events, pricing, and policies

- assists members with transactions and general account changes
