As a Membership Concierge II at Life Time, individuals step into a vital role serving as the first point of contact for members and guests within the resort-style club setting. This position blends exceptional customer service skills with a hospitality mindset, focusing on account maintenance, service delivery, programming insight, and fostering meaningful member engagement. Tasks involve maintaining up-to-date knowledge of club programming, services, events, pricing, and policies, while assisting members in managing their accounts, making program or service transactions, and providing outstanding support.

The Membership Concierge II serves as the frontline ambassador, responsible for creating extraordinary experiences that build long-lasting relationships with members and guests. This includes managing inbound and outbound communication, supporting new membership sales, assisting with member retention, and skillfully resolving service issues. The role demands multitasking capabilities, excellent verbal communication, and a friendly, approachable demeanor suitable for a dynamic and fast-paced club environment. Prospective candidates should be comfortable standing for extended periods and engaging with a diverse membership base. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service or sales
  • ability to multitask
  • strong verbal communication skills
  • comfortable standing for 4 hours at a time
  • friendly and outgoing demeanor
  • able to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service or sales
  • complete retention specialist certification within 60 days of hire
  • passion to serve others
  • effective communication skills

Job Duties

  • Operates as first point of contact for members and guests entering resort
  • exemplifies a hospitality mindset to build relationships with members and guests regularly creating extraordinary experiences
  • receives inbound phone calls and conducts outbound outreach with members and guests to support engagement and acquisition
  • maintains updated knowledge to appropriately educate all members and guests of club programming events pricing and policies
  • assists members with account maintenance processing member needs changes and transactions including program service and product payments
  • serves as a key point of contact for new membership sales and member retention interactions
  • engages in problem solving and service recovery for member questions and concerns utilizing appropriate tools and resources
