The Membership Concierge I plays a pivotal role within Life Time, acting as the first point of contact for members and guests. This position is vital in embodying the company’s hospitality values and commitment to excellent customer service. The Membership Concierge I is responsible for welcoming everyone who walks through the doors with warmth and professionalism, thereby enhancing member loyalty through value-based relationships. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about living a healthy lifestyle and enjoy engaging with people in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. As a Membership Concierge I, you will facilitate communication, assist with account transactions, and proactively educate members on Life Time’s programming, events, and policies. This multifaceted role contributes directly to helping members achieve their health and wellness goals while ensuring they feel supported and appreciated. The position also offers opportunities to work in a fun, health-oriented environment that values team collaboration and personal growth.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 6 months service/reception experience
  • Complete Concierge Certification upon hire
  • Must work a minimum of 15 hours per week
  • Commitment to serve others
  • Must be able to stand for 4 hours at a time

Job Qualifications

  • HS graduate or equivalent preferred
  • Effective communication skills
  • Passion for living a healthy way of life
  • Ability to multi-task and deliver high quality customer service in a fast-paced environment
  • Good verbal communication

Job Duties

  • Operates as first point of contact for members and guests
  • Receives and facilitates incoming phone calls from members and guests
  • Maintains updated knowledge to appropriately educate all members and guests of club programming, events, pricing, and policies
  • Exemplifies a hospitality mindset to build relationships with members and guests, regularly creating extraordinary experiences
  • Assists members with transactions and general account changes
