The Membership Concierge I at Life Time plays a crucial role as the first point of contact for members and guests, delivering exceptional customer service that embodies the company's hospitality mindset. This role is designed for individuals passionate about promoting a healthy way of life while engaging members and guests in meaningful ways to enhance their experience at the club. Responsibilities include greeting and assisting visitors, handling incoming calls, providing accurate information about club events, programming, and policies, and supporting members with transactions and account modifications. Working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, the Membership Concierge I contributes to building strong, value-based relationships that increase member loyalty and help members achieve their wellness objectives. This position offers a fun, healthy work environment with opportunities to grow professionally within Life Time's supportive and inclusive culture.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 6 months service/reception experience
  • Complete Concierge Certification upon hire
  • Must work a minimum of 15 hours per week
  • Commitment to serve others
  • Effective communication skills
  • Passion for living a healthy way of life
  • Ability to multi-task and deliver high quality customer service in a fast-paced environment
  • Must have good verbal communication
  • Must be able to stand for 4 hours at a time
  • High school graduate or equivalent preferred

Job Duties

  • Operates as first point of contact for members and guests
  • Receives and facilitates incoming phone calls from members and guests
  • Maintains updated knowledge to appropriately educate all members and guests of club programming, events, pricing, and policies
  • Exemplifies a hospitality mindset to build relationships with members and guests, regularly creating extraordinary experiences
  • Assists members with transactions and general account changes
