The role of Membership Concierge II at Life Time is essential in maintaining and elevating the member experience. As a Membership Concierge II, you will be the first point of contact for members and guests entering the resort, embodying a hospitality mindset that focuses on relationship-building and delivering extraordinary experiences. This position requires strong communication skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will engage with members through inbound and outbound communications to support engagement, acquisition, and retention. Your responsibilities will include assisting members with account maintenance, processing transactions related to programs, services, and products, and providing up-to-date information regarding club programming, events, pricing, and policies.

Job Qualifications
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service or sales
- Completion of retention specialist certification within 60 days of hire
- Passion to serve others
- Effective communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality (preferred)
Job Duties
- Operate as first point of contact for members and guests entering resort
- Exemplify a hospitality mindset to build relationships with members and guests
- Receive inbound phone calls and conduct outbound outreach with members and guests to support engagement and acquisition
- Maintain updated knowledge to educate members and guests about club programming, events, pricing, and policies
- Assist members with account maintenance, processing member needs, changes, and transactions including program, service, and product payments
- Serve as key point of contact for new membership sales and member retention interactions
- Engage in problem solving and service recovery for member questions and concerns, utilizing appropriate tools and resources
