This role also involves significant involvement in event and programming support, where the concierge manages reservations, collaborates with teams across membership services, programming, and food and beverage departments, and ensures the flawless execution of events to enhance the member experience. Communication skills are paramount, as the concierge must respond promptly and professionally to all member inquiries via phone, email, or app, resolve concerns swiftly while maintaining discretion, and uphold the highest service standards. Job Duties

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all members
  • Greet members by name and provide a warm, personalized experience
  • Maintain a strong presence on the floor, actively engaging with members
  • Promote events, programming, and club offerings
  • Manage onboarding, renewals, billing, and account updates
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date member records within CRM platforms
  • Oversee member payments and ensure compliance with company policies
  • Generate reports on membership activity, applications, and retention
  • Support prospective members through the application process
  • Lead new member onboarding and integration into the community
  • Track member preferences, behaviors, and engagement
  • Proactively follow up with inactive or at-risk members
  • Manage reservations and sign-ups for events and programming
  • Collaborate with Membership, Programming, and Food & Beverage teams
  • Support execution of events to ensure a seamless experience
  • Respond to all member inquiries promptly and professionally
  • Resolve member concerns within 24 hours, escalating when necessary
  • Maintain discretion and professionalism, especially with sensitive matters
  • Act as a brand ambassador for Seven24 Collective and Gansevoort
  • Uphold all service standards, including company core values
  • Support training and ensure consistency in service delivery
