Job Requirements
- 2+ years of customer-facing experience
- Experience in luxury hospitality or membership environments preferred
- Passion for high-touch, personalized service
- Proficiency with CRM or membership platforms
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Polished and professional appearance
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Physical ability to stand or remain stationary for 8+ hours
- Ability to lift or move items up to 40 pounds
- Comfortable with computer and administrative tasks
- Strong communication abilities for guest interaction
Job Qualifications
- 2+ years of customer-facing experience, ideally in luxury hospitality or membership environments
- Passion for delivering high-touch, personalized service
- Experience with CRM or membership platforms such as PeopleVine, Salesforce, or similar
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and perform in a fast-paced environment
- Polished, professional, and approachable demeanor
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Multilingual skills are a plus
Job Duties
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all members
- Greet members by name and provide a warm, personalized experience
- Maintain a strong presence on the floor, actively engaging with members
- Promote events, programming, and club offerings
- Manage onboarding, renewals, billing, and account updates
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date member records within CRM platforms
- Oversee member payments and ensure compliance with company policies
- Generate reports on membership activity, applications, and retention
- Support prospective members through the application process
- Lead new member onboarding and integration into the community
- Track member preferences, behaviors, and engagement
- Proactively follow up with inactive or at-risk members
- Manage reservations and sign-ups for events and programming
- Collaborate with Membership, Programming, and Food & Beverage teams
- Support execution of events to ensure a seamless experience
- Respond to all member inquiries promptly and professionally
- Resolve member concerns within 24 hours, escalating when necessary
- Maintain discretion and professionalism, especially with sensitive matters
- Act as a brand ambassador for Seven24 Collective and Gansevoort
- Uphold all service standards, including company core values
- Support training and ensure consistency in service delivery
