Life Time is currently seeking a Membership Concierge II to join their dedicated team at one of their resort locations. This vital role serves as the primary point of contact for members and guests, offering exceptional service and support to maintain high satisfaction levels and foster lasting relationships. The Membership Concierge II will be responsible for a range of duties, including account maintenance, service delivery, guest engagement, and facilitating sales and retention efforts. As a Membership Concierge II, you will embody a hospitality mindset, consistently delivering extraordinary experiences that enhance member loyalty and satisfaction. You will be involved in both inbound and outbound communication, addressing member inquiries, educating guests about club programming, events, and policies, and providing assistance with various account needs and transactions. Your role will also include problem-solving and service recovery to ensure members receive timely and effective resolutions to their concerns. This is an hourly position with competitive wages starting at $18.75, increasing up to $22.25 based on experience and qualifications, reflecting Life Time's commitment to rewarding dedicated and skilled team members.

Job Requirements

  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer service or sales
  • skilled at multitasking
  • able to deliver high quality customer service and service recovery
  • strong verbal communication skills
  • comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • able to stand for 4 hours at a time
  • friendly and outgoing demeanor

Job Qualifications

  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service or sales
  • complete Retention Specialist Certification within 60 days of hire
  • passion to serve others
  • effective communication skills
  • bachelor’s degree in hospitality preferred

Job Duties

  • Operate as first point of contact for members and guests entering resort
  • exemplify a hospitality mindset to build relationships with members and guests, regularly creating extraordinary experiences
  • receive inbound phone calls and conduct outbound outreach with members and guests to support engagement and acquisition
  • maintain updated knowledge to educate all members and guests on club programming, events, pricing, and policies
  • assist members with account maintenance, processing member needs, changes, and transactions including program, service, and product payments
  • serve as a key point of contact for new membership sales and member retention interactions
  • engage in problem solving and service recovery for member questions and concerns using appropriate tools and resources
