Previous experience as a host and/or server in a restaurant, hotel, or hospitality setting preferred
Strong communication skills with a polished and professional demeanor
Ability to manage multiple tasks and remain composed in a fast-paced environment
Discretion and professionalism when interacting with members and guests
Knowledge of phone etiquette and customer service standards
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and take initiative
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
