The Host role at Seven24 Collective and Gansevoort Meatpacking presents an extraordinary opportunity to be the welcoming face of this elite membership community. The ideal candidate will serve as a true host, ensuring every member and guest experiences warmth, attentiveness, and professionalism from the moment of arrival until departure. This role involves greeting members, escorting them to their tables, presenting menus, taking food and beverage orders, and maintaining a clean, polished environment. The host's presence sets the overall tone of the club, so excellent communication skills and a polished, professional demeanor are essential.

This position offers both full-time and part-time opportunities, with compensation starting at $18.00 per hour plus tips. The role requires a calm, composed individual able to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining high customer service standards. Responsibilities extend to managing phone calls and reservations, clearing tables, and supporting overall front-of-house operations as needed. Candidates with prior experience as hosts or servers within restaurants, hotels, or hospitality settings are preferred, as is a proactive, self-starting attitude and the ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team.   • Previous experience as a host and/or server in a restaurant, hotel, or hospitality setting preferred

  • Knowledge of phone etiquette and customer service standards

Job Duties

  • Welcome members and guests with a warm, professional presence
  • Greet and escort guests to their tables, presenting menus
  • Take food and beverage orders and input them into the POS system
  • Answer phone calls and manage reservations
  • Provide attentive, high-quality service and address guest inquiries
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and guest-ready station
  • Support overall FOH operations as needed
