The role involves preparing vehicles for washing, performing detailed interior cleaning tasks such as vacuuming and wiping down surfaces, maintaining stocked member carts, and actively participating in on-site marketing activities like sign spinning to drive customer engagement. Candidates will also assist in maintaining a clean, safe, and organized location. This position provides a balanced mix of customer service, hands-on work, and teamwork in a fast-paced and supportive environment.

Job Requirements

Must be at least 16 years old
Ability to individually lift up to 50 pounds
Ability to safely work with a team to lift and maneuver items weighing up to 100 pounds
Ability to stand, walk, or sit for up to 8 hours
Mobility to work in areas requiring kneeling, crouching, or crawling
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Availability to work various shifts and holidays based on business needs

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks
Dependable and punctual
Prior customer service experience is a plus but not required

Job Duties

Uphold the Rocket Guest Service Expectation Model by consistently presenting a positive and friendly image, warmly greeting customers with a smile, addressing them by name, executing operational fundamentals with excellence, and extending a genuine invitation to return
Build memorable connections with both current and potential members by checking in on their experience throughout their visit
Prepare vehicles before they enter the wash tunnel, following all Standard Operating Procedures, paying special attention to hard-to-clean areas and clear hand signals to ensure a smooth and efficient process
Conduct routine parking lot checks to ensure member carts are fully stocked with fresh towels and cleaners for interior use
Participate in on-site marketing campaigns by sign spinning to drive traffic and opportunities—staying energetic, engaging, safe, and guest-focused at all times
Maintain a clean and organized location, completing all necessary side-work, housekeeping tasks, and any additional duties assigned by a manager or supervisor to maintain operational excellence
Perform detailed interior cleaning tasks as assigned, including vacuuming, wiping down surfaces, and cleaning windows, while following company standards
Handle all vehicles with care and professionalism to ensure a positive guest experience, whether cleaning or assisting with other service needs
Work as a member of a team in an environment where collaboration and a positive attitude are keys to driving success
Maintain awareness and compliance with all safety regulations and policies
May be asked to perform basic to intermediate-level technology tasks
Perform other duties as assigned by leadership
Treat others with respect and dignity at all times
