The Member Services Manager role at Trilogy Bickford Ranch is a full-time position, offering an annual salary of $80,000 to $85,000. This role is critical to the success and daily operation of The Ridge Wellness Social Club, overseeing the Member Services Team and ensuring that members and guests receive exceptional, personalized service consistent with BlueStar Resort & Golf standards. Reporting to the Club General Manager, the Member Services Manager plays a multifaceted leadership and operational role. This includes managing customer interactions, facilitating the smooth operation of club events and services, handling billing and member accounts, and maintaining a welcoming, safe, and organized environment. This position requires a proactive leader with a strong focus on customer satisfaction, team collaboration, and high operational standards. Responsibilities also extend to administrative tasks such as staff scheduling, event promotion, budget monitoring, and office supply management, highlighting the comprehensive nature of the management duties. Beyond day-to-day operations, the Member Services Manager supports employee development through hiring, training, and performance evaluations, ensuring that the service team embodies the BlueStar core values in all interactions. This role offers a dynamic work environment that combines customer service, administrative management, and community engagement, making it ideal for candidates who thrive on variety and impact within a supportive team culture. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • One to three years customer service experience
  • Supervisory experience preferred
  • Experience with Microsoft Office
  • Able to write reports
  • Basic computational ability

  • Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
  • Valid driver’s license may be required

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree a plus
  • One to three years of customer service or hospitality experience
  • Supervisory experience preferred
  • Experience in a Homeowner Association environment preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Experience with dictation and writing meeting minutes
  • Experience with travel, hotel, and meeting arrangements
  • Ability to write reports and proofread
  • Basic computational and budgetary skills

Job Duties

  • Communicate the core values and mission of BlueStar Resort and Golf to support company goals
  • Maintain confidentiality and deliver positive customer service
  • Assist Lifestyle and Activities with event scheduling, promotions, and ticket sales
  • Manage member accounts, billing, and resolve disputes
  • Track gift card sales and coordinate member travel experiences
  • Create weekly staff schedules and provide coverage support
  • Greet members and guests according to BlueStar protocols
  • Monitor building access and enforce Club and fitness rules
  • Maintain daily operating procedures for Club opening and closing
  • Provide information about Club activities and local events
  • Train staff in resident services, administrative support, and member services
  • Oversee office productivity and update promotional materials
  • Coordinate meetings and department budgets
  • Process invoices and manage office supply inventory
  • Support staff hiring, training, reviews, and evaluations
  • Maintain front office equipment and lobby
  • Provide a safe and clean environment
  • Attend home delivery appointments and member orientations
  • Perform other assigned duties as needed
