Red Seat Ventures, in partnership with Fox Corporation, is launching a cutting-edge membership-based business that centers around premium live entertainment experiences. This initiative is designed to provide members with exclusive access to high-quality events and personalized services, aiming to enhance attendee engagement and satisfaction. The Member Experience Manager role is key to this innovative venture. Reporting to the Director of Member Experience, this position involves overseeing member interactions and ensuring an exceptional, seamless experience inside arenas and stadiums. It requires a hands-on approach where the manager acts as the primary point of contact for members, facilitating reservations, ticket access, and a broad portfolio of club offerings. The position demands a professional who can handle operational aspects, provide high touch service, and solve issues promptly while fostering a memorable environment that maximizes member retention.

Ideal candidates will have a rich background in hospitality, especially in private clubs or similar upscale environments, and excel in high-pressure, fast-growth startup scenarios. The role calls for proactive collaboration across multiple teams to refine membership engagement strategies, analyze retention metrics, and contribute to the continuous improvement of service delivery. Responsibilities also include event-day hosting duties and assisting in the development and training of a Member Suite Specialists team as membership expands. The role offers a competitive salary range of $102,000 to $120,000 per year and includes a comprehensive benefits package, such as medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and more. Job Requirements

  • 5 plus years of experience in a member service role or hospitality space preferably at a private club or hotel space
  • Experience working in CRM systems entering managing and organizing confidential data
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a high degree of empathy and poise
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced growth-stage environment with little direction
  • Organized detail-oriented and able to manage multiple engagement efforts simultaneously

Job Qualifications

  • 5 plus years of experience in a member service role or hospitality preferably at a private club or hotel
  • Experience working in CRM systems entering managing and organizing confidential data
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a high degree of empathy and poise
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced growth-stage environment with little direction
  • Organized detail-oriented and able to manage multiple engagement efforts simultaneously
  • Experience in hospitality luxury services live entertainment or event operations is a plus
  • Experience working in startup environments or new business incubation teams is a plus
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems across various venues is a plus
  • Familiarity with operations procedures at different venues stadiums and experiences is a plus

Job Duties

  • Utilize CRM internal tools and online systems to assist members with operational run of show issue solving and delivering a high-touch membership experience
  • Engage with members via email phone text and in person as their primary point of contact assisting with reservations ticket access and unforgettable experiences
  • Assist and contribute to weekly meetings discussing member feedback operational insights and event details
  • Assist the Director in designing and implementing strategies that deepen member relationships increase satisfaction and retention
  • Identify and monitor membership metrics such as retention satisfaction membership usage and personal details and refine engagement efforts based on insights feedback and data
  • Event-day hosting including placing catering orders welcoming members assisting with navigation recording member key insights and facilitating additional experiences
  • Assist with building the framework for hiring training and developing a team of Member Suite Specialists as membership scales
