Job Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree in a relevant field
  • 3 - 5+ years experience in hospitality, event management, or related customer-facing roles
  • Proven experience in developing and executing strategic programs
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
  • Ability to analyze data and translate into actionable strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Creative problem-solving abilities
  • High energy and ability to work under pressure
  • Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities

Job Qualifications

  • Experience of 3 - 5+ years in hospitality, event management, marketing communications, premium suites, or customer relations
  • Prefer experience in membership associations, events, hospitality, sales, relationship management, marketing, food and beverage operations, customer service, or fundraising
  • Experience with creating and implementing revenue-driving and club usage strategies
  • Strong data and analytical skills with strategic initiative leadership
  • Prior experience leading teams or projects to successful outcomes
  • Undergraduate degree in hospitality management, business, sports management, communications, journalism, public relations, or recreation
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, CRM/Salesforce, Canva, Facebook, and Instagram platforms
  • High energy and outgoing personality with strong communication skills
  • Creativity, attention to detail, organizational and time management skills

Job Duties

  • Lead and supervise the Member Experience Department including project management, budgeting, staffing, hiring, and training of team members
  • Develop and implement programming strategy based on member data and feedback
  • Drive revenue strategies across all club departments
  • Inspire and champion ideation for the club's social calendar
  • Plan and execute member events and experiences, coordinating all event aspects
  • Gather and report actionable member feedback and key performance indicators for events
  • Manage new member engagement strategies and monitor the member journey to increase revenue and participation
