Job Description
Our company is a reputable financial institution committed to providing exceptional services and fostering a welcoming environment for all members and visitors. As a credit union, we prioritize member satisfaction by offering personalized financial solutions, interactive technology, and comprehensive support. Our Engagement Center serves as a vibrant hub where members can access various services, receive expert guidance, and experience top-tier customer care. We are dedicated to creating a culture of excellence, integrity, and community involvement, ensuring that every interaction adds value to our members' financial journeys.
The Member Experience Concierge (MEC) plays a pivotal role as the first point of contact within the Engagement Center. This position involves delivering exemplary service through professional, friendly, and courteous interactions that create a positive member experience. The MEC is responsible for a wide range of administrative and clerical duties aimed at supporting both members and the Engagement Center team. Key responsibilities include providing administrative information to staff, facilitating member and visitor assignments to the most suitable employees, and performing miscellaneous express service functions as necessary.
In addition to direct member interactions, the MEC educates members on utilizing our interactive teller machines, promotes virtual and digital services offered by the credit union, and directs members to specialized departments such as the Business Center, Commercial Account Member Service Representative (MSR), or Financial Advisor. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, adaptability, and a service-oriented mindset to handle diverse member needs effectively. By ensuring smooth communication and efficient member guidance, the Member Experience Concierge significantly contributes to enhancing overall member satisfaction and operational efficiency. Employment in this role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of six months experience in a customer service setting, emphasizing the importance of customer-oriented skills and basic administrative competencies.
