This role is designed to support members and guests through various stages of their stay, from pre-arrival to departure. The primary responsibilities involve assisting with the pre-arrival process, including conducting pre-arrival calls, arranging grocery and amenity orders, and logging member preferences into the system. Upon arrival, the role includes executing check-in procedures, preparing arrival packets, and addressing any specific member requests to ensure a seamless and satisfying experience. Throughout the guests' stay, the position supports various inquiries and requests, including providing information about the property, arranging transportation, and coordinating services such as dry cleaning and reservations. Member departure is managed with tasks like pre-departure calls, billing, and check-out procedures, ensuring that every detail is handled with precision. Additionally, this position requires performing front office duties, audit checklists, and administrative tasks that contribute to the smooth operation of the property.
The role also emphasizes teamwork, communication, and maintaining a professional appearance. It requires the ability to connect with guests on a personal level, anticipating their needs and addressing unique requests to enhance satisfaction. The position involves acting as a liaison between guests and various departments, ensuring that requests are handled promptly and efficiently. Individuals in this role are expected to demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, handle sensitive information with confidentiality, and comply fully with all company policies and safety protocols. Physical requirements include the ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods and the capacity to handle light physical tasks such as lifting or moving items up to 10 pounds.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- At least 1 year of related work experience
- No supervisory experience required
- Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift and carry objects weighing up to 10 pounds
- Ability to follow company policies and safety procedures
- Excellent communication skills
Job Qualifications

- At least 1 year of related work experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle administrative tasks accurately
- Experience in hospitality or customer service preferred

Job Duties
- Assist members and guests with pre-arrival process and check-in
- Conduct pre-arrival calls and make pre-arrival arrangements including grocery and amenity orders
- Review and log member preferences in computer system
- Handle front office duties including billing, preparing arrival packets and departure folios
- Respond to visitor information requests and special service arrangements
- Contact appropriate departments to resolve guest requests or problems
- Perform Lobby Ambassador and assist with Bell/valet services as needed
