The role associated with this position centers on new member onboarding, facilitating programming, supporting the Membership Director, and providing vital communication support. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in a customer service or club environment
- excellent organizational skills
- ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
- availability to work flexible hours including weekends
- legal authorization to work in the U.S.
- positive and professional attitude
Job Qualifications
- Experience in membership services or club operations
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities
