Currently, the DuPont Country Club is seeking a full-time Member Dining Manager to join their dynamic team. The Member Dining Manager plays a crucial role in maintaining the club's high standards by overseeing all Member Dining outlets. This position requires a leader who is committed to delivering the highest level of customer service and ensuring member satisfaction in every interaction. The successful candidate will be responsible for efficiently managing resources and workflow to uphold service quality while optimizing operational efficiency. The role demands a comprehensive understanding of beverage operations including liquor, beer, wine, inventory management, ordering, cost control, and cocktail development. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Point-of-Sale systems, scheduling software, and social media platforms is also essential for effectively managing daily operations and staff communication.
In addition to operations management, the Member Dining Manager will be involved in talent acquisition and development, including recruiting, hiring, onboarding, training, and cultivating a motivated and well-trained team to support the club's objectives. This leadership position requires excellent organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple high-volume food and beverage outlets simultaneously, and a member-focused approach to customer service. Knowledge of responsible alcohol service and adherence to state and local liquor laws are critical to maintaining compliance and safety standards. Job Requirements
- Minimum education level as required by job or industry standards
- Minimum of two years management experience in a hotel, restaurant, private club, or high-volume bar environment
- Strong knowledge of beverage operations including liquor, beer, wine, inventory management, ordering, cost control, and cocktail development
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, email, Point-of-Sale systems, scheduling software, and social media platforms
- Experience recruiting, hiring, onboarding, training, and developing staff
- Ability to create, manage, and adjust employee schedules based on business needs
- Ability to oversee multiple high-volume food and beverage outlets
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and time management skills
- Outstanding interpersonal and customer service skills with a member/guest-focused mindset
- Knowledge of responsible alcohol service and applicable state and local liquor laws
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Oversee all Member Dining outlets to ensure exemplary service levels
- Manage beverage operations including inventory, ordering, and cost control
- Recruit, hire, onboard, and train dining staff
- Create and adjust employee schedules based on business needs
- Maintain compliance with responsible alcohol service and liquor laws
- Develop and implement cocktail menus and beverage programs
- Ensure high standards of member and guest satisfaction
