Job Duties
- Greet all members and guests with a welcoming and service-oriented attitude
- answer incoming phone calls, direct calls appropriately, and take accurate messages when needed
- manage tee times, dining reservations, and other member bookings
- perform host/hostess duties during lunch service, including seating and guest flow management
- handle all to-go orders efficiently and accurately
- assist Food & Beverage team with table maintenance, including watering, clearing, and resetting
- support event setup and breakdown as needed
- provide members with general club and community information
- maintain regular and reliable attendance
- perform additional duties as assigned by management
