The role of Member Concierge at Westhaven Golf Club is a crucial position dedicated to enhancing the member and guest experience by serving as a primary point of contact. This position focuses on morning and daytime operations, supporting reservation management, member services, and assisting the Food & Beverage team during lunch service and early-day activities. The Member Concierge acts as a friendly and knowledgeable representative of the club, greeted by courteous interactions with all members and guests. Duties include managing tee times, dining reservations, taking incoming calls, hosting lunch services including seating and guest flow management, handling to-go orders, and supporting event setup and breakdown.

This role demands exceptional communication skills, a strong service mindset, and the ability to multitask efficiently in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate should be comfortable standing for extended periods and able to lift up to 25 pounds, demonstrating physical stamina required by the club’s operational needs. The role offers a primarily morning and early afternoon schedule, including availability for weekends and holidays as operationally required. Candidates should possess at least a high school diploma or GED, with preferred experience in customer service or hospitality and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Job Duties

  • Greet all members and guests with a welcoming and service-oriented attitude
  • answer incoming phone calls, direct calls appropriately, and take accurate messages when needed
  • manage tee times, dining reservations, and other member bookings
  • perform host/hostess duties during lunch service, including seating and guest flow management
  • handle all to-go orders efficiently and accurately
  • assist Food & Beverage team with table maintenance, including watering, clearing, and resetting
  • support event setup and breakdown as needed
  • provide members with general club and community information
  • maintain regular and reliable attendance
  • perform additional duties as assigned by management
