Job Duties
- Ensure club pick up orders are filled by contacting members about delays
- Inform members when products are unavailable and offer alternatives
- Select and package products according to company policies
- Dispense items when members arrive for pickup
- Resolve member issues and concerns
- Promote the company's products and services
- Conduct safety sweeps and maintain safety of the facility
- Follow procedures for handling merchandise
- Correct and report unsafe situations
- Provide member service by acknowledging and assisting members
- Process member purchases using cash registers
- Locate and organize merchandise
- Zone designated areas
- Organize and maintain availability of carts and flatbeds
- Assist members with transporting items
- Maintain parking lot cleanliness
- Use cart retrieval equipment prudently
- Maintain a positive attitude by greeting and thanking members
