Job Description
Flow is a pioneering real estate company that transcends the traditional boundaries of property management. Founded with the vision of reimagining how people live, work, and connect, Flow integrates technology, brand innovation, and operational excellence across a variety of residential and commercial properties. These include condominiums, hotels, multifamily residences, and office spaces. This multifaceted approach makes Flow more than just a property management company; it is an experiential platform designed to foster seamless community connections and enhance the quality of life for its residents and guests.
Flow’s mission centers on the concept of oneness, placing residents at the heart of every decision and operation. The company fosters a sense of belonging and interconnection among residents, neighbors, staff, and the natural environment. This commitment to community engagement transforms Flow properties into vibrant, human-centered spaces where living, working, creativity, and recreation are harmoniously intertwined. By prioritizing inclusivity, accessibility, and technological innovation, Flow creates living environments that not only meet the functional needs but also enrich the social and emotional experiences of its communities.
The Member & Community Experience Associate is a critical role within this dynamic ecosystem, acting as the first point of contact for residents, guests, and visitors. This position goes beyond a conventional front desk position by encompassing a broad spectrum of operational and community engagement responsibilities. Associates ensure that every interaction reflects Flow’s core values by providing a welcoming atmosphere, managing building access, handling packages, supporting moves, and maintaining the lobby and common areas as welcoming physical representations of Flow’s brand ethos.
This employment opportunity emphasizes a customer-focused mindset combined with operational precision, offering a unique blend of hospitality, residential service, and community-building responsibilities. Associates communicate warmly and effectively in person and through Flow’s support ticketing platform, Zendesk, ensuring that every issue is resolved promptly and with care. The role requires strong organizational skills and the capacity to handle varied tasks from scheduling elevator usage to managing amenity reservations and supporting events without compromising front desk operations.
This full-time position is ideal for candidates with experience in customer-facing environments such as hospitality, retail, or residential services who thrive in fast-paced, community-oriented settings. The company supports its employees through comprehensive benefits including health and wellness programs, paid time off, financial retirement plans, and a positive company culture with perks like catered lunches and wellness classes. The Member & Community Experience Associate plays a vital role in cultivating the welcoming, secure, and vibrant atmosphere that defines Flow’s innovative communities, making a meaningful impact on residents’ daily lives and overall community well-being.
