Key responsibilities include inspecting meeting spaces before and after events, monitoring event timelines, coordinating various teams and suppliers, and attending pre-event meetings to confirm all arrangements meet clients’ needs.

This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about hospitality and event planning, possess excellent organizational skills, and have a keen eye for detail. The Meetings Concierge must be able to manage multiple tasks under pressure while maintaining calm professionalism and confidentiality. The position requires working flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to support the dynamic schedule of events at the Bellagio. By joining MGM Resorts, you become part of a brand that values innovation, teamwork, and guest-centric service, where you will contribute to creating WOW moments that guests will remember long after their stay.

In addition to competitive pay and commission, MGM Resorts offers a comprehensive benefits package that supports employee wellbeing and development. Eligible employees gain access to health and income protection benefits, professional development programs, wellness incentives, and exclusive discounts across MGM’s extensive properties. These perks, combined with the opportunity to work at one of the most luxurious venues in Las Vegas, make this an exciting and rewarding career opportunity for hospitality professionals looking to advance in the industry.
