As a Meeting Planner Associate at Capital Group, specifically supporting the NACG Advisor Group, you will play a vital role in executing seamless regional advisor meetings. This position involves coordinating event logistics for both virtual and in-person events aimed at engaging large audiences efficiently. You will use event management platforms like Cvent to handle invitations, registrations, scheduling, and overall event execution. Your collaboration with internal stakeholders ensures high-quality, impactful meeting experiences that enhance the company’s connections with financial advisors.
This role allows for significant exposure to project management and event coordination within a well-established financial services environment. You will be instrumental in scaling event operations and improving processes by identifying efficiencies and delivering thoughtful solutions to any challenges that arise. The position offers a competitive base salary ranging from $57,437 to $91,899 in San Antonio and $61,176 to $97,882 in Indianapolis, along with bonuses and Capital Group’s annual profitability bonus. Additionally, the company contributes 15% of eligible earnings to a retirement plan.
