The Meeting Planner role at BCD Meetings & Events is a dynamic position that puts you at the heart of high-touch corporate meetings and events. This hybrid role, based in US locations including West Chester, PA; Raynham, MA; and Palm Beach Gardens, FL, demands creativity, organization, and superior client service skills. As a Meeting Planner, you will be responsible for guiding the planning, development, and flawless execution of complex programs. This includes managing multiple meetings from registration through onsite execution and final billing, as well as serving as the primary day-to-day contact for clients. You will handle budgets, timelines, reporting, and vendor coordination ensuring that every detail, from audiovisual arrangements and attendee management to transportation and special event logistics, is meticulously organized.

Job Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree
- At least 3 years of meeting or program planning experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Experience with database management
- Knowledge of domestic and international group travel
- Ability to travel up to 25%
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Job Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree
- At least 3 years of meeting or program planning experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and database management
- Firsthand experience with domestic and international group travel, plus strong travel industry and destination knowledge
- Pharma experience, Cvent experience, or CMP certification
Job Duties
- Managing multiple meetings and programs at once, from registration through onsite execution and final billing/reconciliation
- Building strong client relationships, leading day-to-day communication, and guiding clients on best practices, compliance, and cost savings
- Owning budgets, timelines, reporting, and vendor coordination while keeping every detail accurate and on track
- Overseeing event logistics like websites, attendee management, room sets, audiovisual, transportation, VIP needs, signage, and special events
- Staying calm under pressure, solving problems quickly, and working independently while collaborating well with internal teams and suppliers
