Job Requirements

- Previous experience in banquet or event management
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Job Duties
- Plan, coordinate, and execute banquet events from start to finish
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and seamless service
- Collaborate with culinary, banquets, and operations teams to deliver high-quality experiences
- Work directly with clients to create detailed and accurate Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) that bring their vision to life
- Ensure guest satisfaction and quickly resolve any issues that arise
