This role offers an exciting opportunity to join Maritz’s dynamic team by providing crucial program support. The position involves the creation and maintenance of essential documents, trackers, and operational tools used by the team, ensuring smooth and efficient execution of core programs. It requires managing and quality-checking registration websites on the Cvent platform, supporting travel coordination, handling logistical tasks for small events, and managing program materials with precision. Responsibilities also include producing custom program forms, organizing clean data and file management, and improving interdepartmental processes and communication. To succeed in this role, candidates must be proactive self-starters with excellent communication skills and strong critical thinking abilities. The work environment encourages flexibility, with some on-site presence required at East Hanover, New Jersey, and minimal travel based on program needs.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or 2 years of equivalent business experience
- 6-12 months of event coordination or administrative experience
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CoPilot with the ability to learn new technology quickly
- Excellent interpersonal written and verbal communication skills with a customer service mindset
- Proactive detail-oriented approach with strong critical thinking and problem solving abilities
- Ability to maintain accuracy in document management data entry and file organization
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Create and maintain documents spreadsheets and trackers for assigned programs and the broader team
- Support MEMs with Travel Director request submissions and consultant travel needs
- may independently manage small events
- Build registration websites and reporting in Cvent including performing quality control checks before launch
- Coordinate program mailings produce name badges and labels order supplies and ship program materials with tracking
- Manage document administration and SOP access assist with onboarding new employees
- Create custom program forms such as sign-in sheets breakout schedules and maintain accurate records and file management
- Contribute to improving interdepartmental processes systems and communication
