Job Requirements

  • Bachelors degree
  • 5-7 years experience planning and executing corporate meetings, events, or medical congresses
  • Strong hands-on congress planning and external meeting operations experience
  • Proven project management skills managing multiple complex programs
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional stakeholders
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Experience managing budgets and vendor relationships
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced environments
  • Ability to travel domestically up to 25 percent

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Support the planning and execution of meetings and congresses with emphasis on external congress management and exhibits
  • Partner with stakeholders to understand business objectives and therapeutic priorities
  • Assist in congress operational plans including sponsorship fulfillment and logistics
  • Serve as operational contact for congress organizations and associations
  • Coordinate timelines and deliverables across cross-functional teams
  • Manage meeting and congress budgets and track expenses
  • Conduct site visits to evaluate logistics and attendee experience
