Job Requirements
- Bachelors degree
- 5-7 years experience planning and executing corporate meetings, events, or medical congresses
- Strong hands-on congress planning and external meeting operations experience
- Proven project management skills managing multiple complex programs
- Experience coordinating cross-functional stakeholders
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Experience managing budgets and vendor relationships
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced environments
- Ability to travel domestically up to 25 percent

Job Duties
- Support the planning and execution of meetings and congresses with emphasis on external congress management and exhibits
- Partner with stakeholders to understand business objectives and therapeutic priorities
- Assist in congress operational plans including sponsorship fulfillment and logistics
- Serve as operational contact for congress organizations and associations
- Coordinate timelines and deliverables across cross-functional teams
- Manage meeting and congress budgets and track expenses
- Conduct site visits to evaluate logistics and attendee experience
