Acting as the primary point of contact for clients, you will guide them through every stage of event planning—from furniture and equipment setups to coordinating audio-visual requirements, food and beverage services, and transportation logistics. You will manage the master events calendar, schedule meetings with all involved parties, and ensure thorough communication across internal operations teams and external vendors. You will lead pre-event planning activities, greet event hosts and guests on site, coordinate service delivery, and oversee the post-event reporting process. This role demands robust project management skills, advanced problem-solving capabilities, and the ability to maintain strong professional relationships with clients and colleagues alike. The ideal candidate will also demonstrate a warm and engaging demeanor, proficient use of Microsoft Office and other technical platforms, and flexibility with work schedules.
