Job Requirements
- Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of 3 years relevant experience
- Experience in corporate or conference center management preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to analyze and interpret complex documents
- Strong problem solving and organizational skills
- Ability to work flexible schedules based on business need

- Experience in corporate or conference center management preferred
- Comfortable meeting and engaging with new people
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, SharePoint, OneNote, Outlook
- Ability to work with multiple software platforms
- Good organizational skills
- Ability to work flexible schedules
- Warm and engaging demeanor
Job Duties
- Serve as primary point of contact for high profile and/or large engagements
- Develop and communicate end-to-end complex event plans to ensure flawless execution
- Manage complex master meeting and events calendar for medium to large sized event space
- Conduct all event-related communications and planning meetings with staff and vendors
- Support event communication and marketing plans and troubleshoot issues that arise
- Manage on-site logistics including vendor coordination, load in, and set up
- Capture post-event reporting and recommend improvements
- Provide informal guidance to junior team members
- Support budget creation for events and ensure budget adherence
- Perform other duties as assigned
