Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 3-5 years of relevant experience
- Experience with staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring, appraising, and rewarding performance and retention preferred
- Strong leadership and motivational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and complicated information
- Commitment to safety standards
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Coordinate and manage the team's daily activities
- Establish work schedules, assign tasks, and cross-train staff
- Set and track staff and department deadlines
- Mentor and coach as needed
- Build and maintain a trusted client relationship
- Negotiate with clients, partners, and associates to resolve conflicting priorities
- Ensure support provided by the team is efficient and consistent
- Suggest process improvement efforts regularly
- Assist with developing strategic solutions
- Assess technological and training needs for Workplace Experience teams and clients
- Follow safety standards with employees, clients, and vendors
- Develop vendor partnerships aimed at cost savings
- Manage contract service negotiations
- Confirm all vendors have current insurance and contractual documentation
- Oversee programs run by third party vendors including food delivery, event organization, transportation, and mail distribution
- Ensure all business service invoices are accurately billed
- Lead by example and model behaviors consistent with CBRE RISE values
- Influence parties of shared interests to reach agreements
- Apply knowledge of own discipline and how it integrates with others to achieve team and departmental objectives
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve day-to-day and moderately complex issues that may not be evident in existing systems and processes
