Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience
  • Experience with staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring, appraising, and rewarding performance and retention preferred
  • Strong leadership and motivational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive and complicated information
  • Commitment to safety standards

Job Qualifications

  • Ability to handle sensitive and difficult information
  • Leadership skills to motivate and impact team quality, efficiency, and effectiveness
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Extensive organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset

Job Duties

  • Coordinate and manage the team's daily activities
  • Establish work schedules, assign tasks, and cross-train staff
  • Set and track staff and department deadlines
  • Mentor and coach as needed
  • Build and maintain a trusted client relationship
  • Negotiate with clients, partners, and associates to resolve conflicting priorities
  • Ensure support provided by the team is efficient and consistent
  • Suggest process improvement efforts regularly
  • Assist with developing strategic solutions
  • Assess technological and training needs for Workplace Experience teams and clients
  • Follow safety standards with employees, clients, and vendors
  • Develop vendor partnerships aimed at cost savings
  • Manage contract service negotiations
  • Confirm all vendors have current insurance and contractual documentation
  • Oversee programs run by third party vendors including food delivery, event organization, transportation, and mail distribution
  • Ensure all business service invoices are accurately billed
  • Lead by example and model behaviors consistent with CBRE RISE values
  • Influence parties of shared interests to reach agreements
  • Apply knowledge of own discipline and how it integrates with others to achieve team and departmental objectives
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve day-to-day and moderately complex issues that may not be evident in existing systems and processes
