The company is celebrated for its culture of respect, integrity, service, and excellence, which shapes its approach to every business opportunity. For several years running, CBRE has held accolades such as the Fortune Most Admired Company in real estate and has been honored by Forbes as one of the best large employers in America and one of the World’s Best Employers. With a dedication to sustainable urban development and creating thriving communities, CBRE not only offers unparalleled real estate services but also fosters an inclusive, supportive work environment for its employees.
The Meetings & Events Coordinator role at CBRE plays a crucial role within the Workplace Experience Host Team. This position involves working collaboratively with diverse associates to deliver white glove hospitality, creating a welcoming and professional environment that enhances the daily experiences of both employees and clients. The coordinator acts as the Concierge Desk lead, shouldering responsibilities such as billing creation and processing, serving as the guest services liaison, and providing critical backup support to building security and mail/loading dock services. With a strong emphasis on customer service, this role requires excellent communication skills, organization, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
This full-time position offers competitive compensation, with an annual salary ranging from $58,000 to $63,022 depending on skills and experience. CBRE also provides lucrative benefits beginning on the first day of employment in the month, including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance plans, as well as participation in a 401(k) retirement plan. Internal advancement opportunities are available after six months, enabling motivated employees to grow their careers within this top-tier organization. The role demands physical capability for certain tasks, including standing, stooping, walking, climbing stairs, and lifting heavy loads of 50 pounds or more.
The position also requires a high school diploma or GED with a minimum of two years of related experience. Candidates should have an in-depth understanding of the various processes and procedures relevant to their function and a basic knowledge of related roles. Proficiency in Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel, and Outlook is essential. Given the nature of the role, problem-solving skills and the ability to explain complex or sensitive information clearly are vital. The Meetings & Events Coordinator is expected to uphold CBRE’s values, lead by example, and collaborate closely with team members and external vendors to ensure seamless events and workplace experiences.
Working at CBRE is not just about fulfilling job duties; it is about contributing to a bigger mission of building communities and delivering excellence in every facet of real estate services. Those joining the team become part of a forward-thinking company with a global footprint and a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion. The company provides reasonable accommodations to individuals with disabilities and is an equal opportunity employer, welcoming qualified applicants from all backgrounds.
