CBRE is committed to providing equal employment opportunities and reasonable accommodations to support all candidates and employees.

The Events Associate role at CBRE is pivotal in ensuring a positive and seamless meeting and events experience, serving as both a cultural ambassador and a service leader within the organization. Based in Indianapolis, Indiana, this position involves hands-on work to set up, manage, and strike event elements such as furniture, décor, removable walls, and essential equipment across various indoor and outdoor venues. This is a physically demanding position requiring standing for extended periods, mobility for tasks such as lifting up to 50 pounds, bending, stooping, pushing, and pulling. The schedule includes core hours from approximately 7am to 4pm, with the flexibility for overtime and variable hours based on business needs. Responsibilities encompass assisting with logistics, coordinating day-of event execution, ensuring high standards for room setup and turnover, and maintaining inventory and equipment inspections. The Events Associate plays a vital role in client satisfaction by delivering thorough and timely completion of tasks, addressing issues proactively, and collaborating with supervisors and senior staff to meet organizational goals. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software platforms is required to manage routine reporting and effective communication.
