The Senior Meeting and Event Planner role at Flik Hospitality Group is a pivotal position responsible for providing outstanding guest services in a conference center environment. This role involves overseeing a team of coordinators and receptionists, ensuring that guests receive the highest level of customer service. The planner manages communication across departments to meet client needs, acts as a liaison between the conference center and customers, and coordinates logistics for meetings and events. Responsibilities include working with the Sales Training Department, Audio Visual and Conference Services, and Food & Beverage teams to ensure seamless event execution. The position requires preparing group service orders using room reservation software, updating stakeholders with changes, and analyzing operational performance through reports and reviews. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in hotel or conference center settings, proficiency in computer applications including Excel and PowerPoint, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach to adapt to business changes.
