Job Description

IME Connect, part of M+ Global Events, is a reputable full-service meeting planning company with over 30 years of rich experience in organizing incentives, meetings, and special events. The role available is a contract-based, remote Meeting and Event Planner position. This role requires managing the entire lifecycle of meetings and events, from venue selection, contract negotiations, budget management to logistics planning. The planner will be responsible for developing effective event strategies, managing attendee registration processes, sourcing suitable speakers and entertainment, and ensuring flawless event execution onsite. Additionally, the role demands close collaboration with internal teams, external vendors, and clients to deliver exceptional customer service throughout the event planning and implementation process. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, highly organized, and proficient in project management within a remote working environment. The position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a leading event planning firm while working flexibly from any location.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in event management, hospitality, or related field preferred
