Job Requirements
- 2+ years in pastry kitchen (resorts, hotels, or bakeries preferred)
- Proficiency in foundational techniques (doughs, creams, glazes) and plating
- Familiarity with dietary needs (gluten-free, vegan) is a plus
- Understanding of ingredient properties (flours, chocolates, extracts) and storage best practices
- Valid California Food Handler's Card (required)
- Team player with a strong work ethic, adaptability to flexible schedules (weekends/holidays), and a passion for growth
