Known for its supportive environment, Arden Courts offers both its residents and team members a community atmosphere that values respect, dignity, and independence. The organization integrates innovative health and wellness practices with evidence-based approaches tailored specifically to memory care, making it a trusted name in elder care.

The role of a Medication Technician (Med Tech) at Arden Courts is a vital position responsible for administering prescribed medications and treatments to the residents while maintaining meticulous documentation and records related to their care. This role requires a high degree of responsibility, accuracy, and compassion as the Medication Technician plays a direct part in residents’ health management. Additionally, this position occasionally involves acting as a Caregiver to assist residents with daily living activities, ensuring their comfort and well-being. Team members in this role are integral to the Health & Wellness team, working in collaboration with other healthcare professionals to deliver industry-leading resident care.

Employees at Arden Courts, including part-time staff, enjoy an extensive range of amazing benefits that support their personal and professional needs. These benefits include daily access to earned pay through ZayZoon, uniforms provided by the company, exclusive employee discounts, regular employee appreciation events, employee assistance programs (EAP), paid time off, and premium pay for holidays worked. These benefits demonstrate Arden Courts’ commitment to valuing and supporting their workforce. The position requires a valid Medication Technician certification, a high school diploma or equivalent, and a background preferably with experience in elderly care or dementia. Physical ability to perform tasks such as standing, walking, bending, lifting up to 50 pounds, and full use of limbs is essential for the role given the hands-on nature of care delivery.
