The role of a Medication Technician (Med Tech) at Arden Courts is a vital position responsible for administering prescribed medications and treatments to the residents while maintaining meticulous documentation and records related to their care. This role requires a high degree of responsibility, accuracy, and compassion as the Medication Technician plays a direct part in residents’ health management. Additionally, this position occasionally involves acting as a Caregiver to assist residents with daily living activities, ensuring their comfort and well-being.
