Med Techs at Arden Courts are integral in supporting the care team by providing both medication administration and caregiving duties, especially supporting those with memory ailments like dementia. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and physical stamina, as the technician will often stand, walk, bend, and carry out physical tasks required for resident care.
Arden Courts offers an attractive compensation package which includes a $1,500 sign-on bonus, enabling new hires to start their career with financial support. Employee benefits for part-time staff include daily access to pay through ZayZoon, uniforms, employee discounts, appreciation events, paid time off, holiday worked premium pay, and more. Experience working with elderly populations, especially those with dementia, is preferred.
