Job Description
MPA is a leading Medicare agency in the United States, known for its commitment to innovation, technology, and exceptional customer and agent experiences. As a prominent player in the health insurance industry, MPA focuses on providing Medicare solutions while investing heavily in growth, technology infrastructure, and lead generation to support its agents. The company creates opportunities for Medicare sales professionals by blending flexibility, independence, and premium resources in a supportive environment. MPA believes that satisfied and empowered agents are the foundation for delivering outstanding service to customers. This unique approach has positioned MPA as an industry leader recognized for its forward-thinking sales practices and agent-centric culture.
The role of Independent Medicare Sales Agent at MPA offers a unique opportunity for licensed Medicare agents who want the freedom of self-employment combined with the backing of a robust agency. As an independent contractor under a 1099 agreement, agents enjoy the flexibility to set their own schedules without minimum hour requirements and work from any location. The position provides access to warm, high-quality leads verified by Medicare A&B eligibility, zip code, and Medicaid status, therefore eliminating the frustration of chasing low-quality prospects. Agents utilize MPA's AI-enabled technology platform designed to streamline workflow, reduce busywork, and enhance productivity. The compensation structure is competitive, with commissions paid weekly via direct deposit to reward high performance promptly.
MPA is particularly interested in agents who seek to maximize their earnings during critical Medicare enrollment periods such as the Annual Enrollment Period (AEP) and Open Enrollment Period (OEP). The agency’s emphasis on early onboarding ensures agents are ramped up ahead of major carrier release deadlines, positioning them for successful and profitable selling seasons. Whether agents prefer seasonal work focused exclusively on AEP/OEP or year-round sales opportunities, MPA accommodates both. The company’s culture promotes work-life balance, making it ideal for professionals who want to maintain autonomy without sacrificing income potential.
In this role, you will be part of a fast-growing agency that values independence, innovation, and professional growth. You will receive operational support from a dedicated leadership team committed to your success. The environment is collaborative yet flexible, empowering agents to develop their sales strategies with access to cutting-edge tools and resources. Candidates at MPA range from experienced Medicare sales agents seeking greater independence to newcomers eager to start in a supportive setting with high-quality leads. If you are an ambitious, motivated Medicare agent aiming to break free from rigid corporate jobs and inflexible schedules, joining MPA could be the ideal next step in your career.
